Coastal Rowing Events

Every year, Beaumaris Rowing Club welcomes rowers from Welsh Sea Rowing affiliated clubs around the country to take part in our coastal rowing events for Celtic longboats.

The races are hosted at the Royal Anglesey Yacht Club  in an enviable location on the sea front in Beaumaris. Overlooking the Menai Strait with the mountains of Snowdonia beyond, it's a spectacular venue for competitive coastal rowing.

Beaumaris North League Race

Race day includes Ladies, Seniors and Mixed events with prizes awarded in each of the Welsh Sea Rowing categories for Senior, Veteran and SupaVet crews.  Breakfast, tea, coffee and cakes are served in the clubhouse and post-race food is available for competitors and supporters.
